When you have surgery with an OCULUS surgeon or have a facial by one of our Licensed Medical Estheticians, you have the option of staying at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead at the OCULUS deluxe rate.

Terms and conditions:

RESERVATION METHOD: Reservations may be made via a Global Distribution System, The Ritz-Carlton Central Reservations Office (1-800-241-3333) or at the hotel directly, with Beth Wilson, the Executive Reservations Service Coordinator (404-348-5650). All you need to do is say you want the OCULUS special rate.

GUARANTEE POLICY: In order to reserve a room, the individual organization or travel agent must guarantee payment for the first night's room rate. This guarantee of payment may be made by personal check, money order, or major credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you or your traveler(s) need to cancel a confirmed reservation at our hotel, a call to our reservation office, our central reservations office or their travel agent prior to 12 noon on the date of arrival to cancel the reservation is required.? Once a cancellation number has been received, the reservation is officially cancelled.

BILLING: Unless other arrangements are made, all billing for hotel rooms will be handled by the individual guest via cash/check received one week in advance of the stay or by credit card.
