You can redeem your reward right away, or continue referring people and allow your reward to grow. Just detach the coupon from this card, print your name and give it to a friend or family member. When they present this at their appointment we will contact you to let you know you earned a reward for use at your next visit.

Oculus membership is a "members only" program offering exclusive benefits and discounts all year long-whenever you want! Three levels are available to meet your skin care and non-surgical needs. OCULUS GOLD 10% off skin care products ($50) OCULUS PLATINUM 10% off skin products & esthetician services ($100) OCULUS DIAMOND 10% off skin products & esthetician services, dermal fillers & BOTOX ($150) Membership is effective for one year from date of purchase, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
