From GA 400 heading south:
Exit at Glenridge Connector and turn right. At the third traffic light, turn left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Take a right into the Peachtree Dunwoody Medical Center.

From GA 400 heading north:
Exit at the Glenridge Connector and turn right. At the second traffic light turn left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Take a right into the Peachtree Dunwoody Medical Center.

From 285 heading East:
Exit (26) at Glenridge Connector and turn right. Dead-end at Peachtree Dunwoody Road, then make a left. Take a right into the Peachtree Dunwoody Medical Center.

From 285 heading West:
Exit (28) Peachtree Dunwoody Road and turn left. Go approximately 1 mile. Take a left into the Peachtree Dunwoody Medical Center.
